    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for live mobile games.

    • Lead experimentation and A/B testing to optimise player experience and monetisation.

    A well-established, independent mobile games studio is hiring a Data Analyst to work with its live portfolio. The studio blends creative autonomy with strong data maturity, operating multiple globally scaled F2P titles while maintaining small, empowered feature teams where data shapes design decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with Product Managers and Game Designers to optimise core loops, feature adoption and player progression

    • Design, analyse and interpret in-game experiments (economy tuning, difficulty balancing, feature impact)

    • Translate player behaviour insights into clear recommendations that influence roadmap priorities

    • Build product-facing dashboards and define game health KPIs (Day 1/7/30 retention, payer conversion, ARPDAU from a design lens)
