Mobile Games | Free-to-Play | Live Operations
This established, growing mobile games studio is looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive product strategy across one or more live titles. You will own the roadmap, performance, and long-term growth of key games, working closely with Design, UA, Analytics, and Engineering teams. This is a high-impact role with clear ownership over retention, engagement, and monetisation, within a product-led environment that values data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for live mobile games.
- Own game performance across key KPIs, including retention, engagement, and revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Live Ops, UA, and Analytics to drive results.
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing to optimise player experience and monetisation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Manager within mobile free-to-play games.
- Strong track record managing live-service titles and driving measurable growth.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to inform decisions.
