As a Senior User Acquisition Manager, you’ll take ownership of high-spend campaigns, driving scalable growth across multiple channels. This is a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your ability to optimise performance and unlock new growth opportunities will have a direct impact on client success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, execute, and optimise user acquisition campaigns across key paid channels (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok).
    • Manage and scale significant budgets across multiple client accounts.
    • Analyse performance data, KPIs, and cohort metrics to drive continuous optimisation.
    • Collaborate with Creative, Data, and Account teams to improve campaign performance.
    • Lead testing strategies across creatives, audiences, and bidding models.
    • Build client-facing reports and communicate performance insights and recommendations.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in user acquisition within a mobile app or agency environment.
    • Strong understanding of paid media channels, attribution models, and campaign optimisation.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience analysing LTV, CAC, ROAS, and retention metrics.
    • Experience managing multiple campaigns or client accounts simultaneously.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to internal and external stakeholders.
