A leading mobile lifestyle app is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to lead growth and scale their user base. The app helps users improve daily habits, wellness, and overall lifestyle, reaching millions of active users globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs such as CPI, CPA, and LTV to inform strategy.
  • Test creatives, ad formats, and messaging to drive higher engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine audience targeting and maximise ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets and scale high-performing channels efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of mobile user acquisition experience, ideally on lifestyle apps.
  • Proven track record with paid social, UAC, and other mobile performance channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using UA/analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with experience testing and optimising campaigns.
