An expanding, mid-sized mobile game developer is seeking a Product Manager to join their growing team. Known for creating high-quality casual mobile titles, this studio offers the opportunity to work on well-performing live games and new IPs in
development. The role sits at the heart of product strategy, helping to shape gameplay, monetization, and player engagement experiences. The Product Manager will drive the product vision and strategy across multiple casual titles, working closely with cross-functional teams including design, analytics, UA, and marketing. You’ll define roadmaps, prioritise features, and use data to iterate and
improve KPIs across the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven track record with free-to-play mobile games (casual genre preferred)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Comfortable leading cross-disciplinary teams and aligning stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a data analyst within mobile games, ideally in a live-service environment.
  • Strong SQL, Excel, and data visualisation skills; experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) a plus.
  • Understanding of F2P game mechanics, player retention, monetisation, and in-game economies.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Marketing teams.
  • Experience interpreting complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
