As a Game Data Analyst, you’ll play a central role in shaping the performance and design of our games by turning player behaviour and monetisation data into actionable insights for multiple live titles. This is a hands-on, analytical role with direct influence on product decisions, live ops, and the studio’s growth strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyse player behaviour, engagement, and monetisation data to inform game design and live operations.
    • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate insights to Product, Design, and Marketing teams.
    • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to optimise player retention, monetisation, and in-game economy.
    • Work closely with Game Designers and Product Managers to A/B test features and content.
    • Support forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance reviews for live titles.
    • Advocate for data-driven decision making across the studio.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a data analyst within mobile games, ideally in a live-service environment.
    • Strong SQL, Excel, and data visualisation skills; experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) a plus.
    • Understanding of F2P game mechanics, player retention, monetisation, and in-game economies.
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Marketing teams.
    • Experience interpreting complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and iterate on core gameplay loops, progression, and meta systems.
    • Take features from concept through launch and post-release optimisation.
    • Use player data, KPIs, and feedback to guide design decisions.
    • Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Art.
    • Contribute to live operations planning, events, and ongoing content updates.
    • Review and provide feedback on wider design work.

    Requirements

    • Extensive experience as a Game Designer in mobile free-to-play.

    • Strong understanding of retention mechanics, game economies, and player motivation.
