Mobile Games | Live-Service Titles | F2P
A Live Ops / Monetization Specialist is sought to drive live operations and monetisation for one or more free-to-play titles. You’ll own event planning, in-game economy management, and monetisation strategies to maximise player engagement, retention, and revenue. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your insights and execution will directly shape the player experience and commercial success of the games.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimise in-game events, promotions, and live content updates.
- Analyse player behaviour, KPIs, and in-game economy metrics to inform monetisation strategies.
- Collaborate with Game Design, Product, Analytics, and UA teams to align live ops and monetisation initiatives.
- Monitor and balance in-game economies to ensure long-term engagement and revenue growth.
- Test and iterate on pricing, bundles, and reward structures to optimise LTV.
- Provide insights and reports to stakeholders on live ops performance and monetisation opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Live Ops or Monetisation roles within mobile free-to-play games.
- Strong understanding of in-game economies, player retention mechanics, and monetisation models.
- Comfortable working in a data-driven environment with KPIs and A/B testing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, live-service setting.
- Experience planning and executing live events and feature updates that drive engagement and revenue.
