Lead User Acquisition – Mobile Games

Step into a varied and exciting role with a leading digital games and entertainment company. You will collaborate closely with an experienced UA team and take ownership of key acquisition initiatives across a growing portfolio of mobile titles.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage the full user acquisition process for mobile games, from planning to execution.
  • Oversee and optimise acquisition campaigns across multiple mobile channels.
  • Produce detailed UA reports, analyse ROI, and uncover new opportunities to support priority titles.
  • Experiment with campaigns for both live and upcoming games, using data to guide decisions.
  • Run structured marketing tests and present clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve performance through sub‑publisher optimisation, targeted segmentation, and customised strategies.
  • Develop creative briefs and oversee the production of new marketing assets.
  • Maintain strong business relationships through consistent communication and reporting.

Required skills and experience:

  • At least 6 years of user acquisition experience
  • At least 2 years experience with offerwalls
  • Experience with mobile tracking tools like Appsflyer
  • Prior exposure to soft‑launch campaigns
