Step into a varied and exciting role with a leading digital games and entertainment company. You will collaborate closely with an experienced UA team and take ownership of key acquisition initiatives across a growing portfolio of mobile titles.
Primary responsibilities:
- Manage the full user acquisition process for mobile games, from planning to execution.
- Oversee and optimise acquisition campaigns across multiple mobile channels.
- Produce detailed UA reports, analyse ROI, and uncover new opportunities to support priority titles.
- Experiment with campaigns for both live and upcoming games, using data to guide decisions.
- Run structured marketing tests and present clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to improve performance through sub‑publisher optimisation, targeted segmentation, and customised strategies.
- Develop creative briefs and oversee the production of new marketing assets.
- Maintain strong business relationships through consistent communication and reporting.
Required skills and experience:
- At least 6 years of user acquisition experience
- At least 2 years experience with offerwalls
- Experience with mobile tracking tools like Appsflyer
- Prior exposure to soft‑launch campaigns
