A leading mobile game developer is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join their high-performing marketing team. This is a key strategic role focused on driving growth across a diverse portfolio of mobile titles with millions of global users. The successful candidate will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of UA campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with product, creative, and data teams.

Role Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and optimise user acquisition campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity, etc.)
• Own budgets and forecasting across titles, providing regular reporting to senior stakeholders
• Analyse campaign performance data to inform strategic decisions and maximize ROI
• Work closely with data analysts to define KPIs, build dashboards, and generate insights
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in mobile games user acquisition
• Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns with measurable success
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data tools
• Deep understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, LTV modelling, and ROAS optimisation
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
