Would you like to be a part of a very successful games developer and publisher as their Senior Producer?
Your main role will be to manager projects from initial concept up to publication. You will lead the development roadmap for projects, work with Department Heads and Leads to establish the timeline for the project scope. The Senior Producer will establish the budget and have control over where the budget is spent. You will support the Head of Production to create the studio process and production methods of internal and external projects.
The Senior Producer will manage Producers, Associate and Assistant Producers to assist them on their projects.
To be considered you must have:
- Minimum five years of experience in a production role within games
- Outstanding project management skills and experience, with a solid understanding of modern project management methodologies and practices.
- Proactive and driven without need for supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A natural leader who can motive and drive development teams and processes.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the games industry and gaming trends.
