We’re working with a major game developer behind several genre-defining casual hits, now hiring a Lead Game Designer to join their fast-growing creative studio. This is your chance to guide the vision and gameplay of new titles enjoyed by players worldwide. As Lead Designer, you’ll own the design roadmap, mentor designers, and work cross-functionally to prototype and refine ideas from early concept to live release. You’ll balance player feedback, data, and creativity to deliver high-retention, engaging game experiences.
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ game design experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Experience with free-to-play mechanics and balancing
• Ability to translate vision into compelling design documentation
• Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus
