- Analyze vast amounts of player data to uncover trends, behaviours, and opportunities for game optimization.
- Collaborate with product, design, and live ops teams to shape data-driven decisions on features, content, and engagement strategies.
- Design and implement A/B tests to measure the impact of game changes and new features.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights for key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and machine learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of player behaviour analytics, game economy modelling, and monetization strategies.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights that drive business and product decisions.
- Experience designing A/B tests and working with large-scale datasets.
