Our backgrounds are rooted in specialist recruitment. Before founding the business in 2016, we worked within both boutique search firms and leading global recruitment companies, giving us a breadth of experience in delivering tailored, high-quality searches at every level. That foundation shaped the way we work today: combining the agility and personal touch of a boutique with the systems, reach and discipline of a larger organisation.

Since then, we’ve dedicated our expertise exclusively to the mobile and games industry. We’ve partnered with start-ups, indie studios, major global publishers, app publishers and agencies powering user acquisition, monetisation, and retention across the mobile and games sector.
