Join a leading, large-scale mobile games publisher managing multiple top-performing titles worldwide. As a User Acquisition Manager, you’ll take ownership of growth campaigns that drive installs, engagement, and revenue across global markets. This is a strategic, data-driven role where your work will directly impact the performance of high-profile games and contribute to the studio’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Creative teams to test and scale campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for UA initiatives.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to maximise ROI and player LTV.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, ad platforms, and emerging growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing user acquisition for mobile games, ideally within a large publisher or high-growth studio.
  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing channels, ad networks, and campaign optimisation.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analysing KPIs and scaling campaigns.
  • Familiarity with LTV, retention, and monetisation metrics in free-to-play games.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
