As a User Acquisition Manager, you’ll take ownership of growth campaigns that drive installs, engagement, and revenue across global markets. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
- Analyse campaign performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Creative teams to test and scale campaigns.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for UA initiatives.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to maximise ROI and player LTV.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, ad platforms, and emerging growth strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing user acquisition for mobile games, ideally within a large publisher or high-growth studio.
- Strong understanding of mobile marketing channels, ad networks, and campaign optimisation.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analysing KPIs and scaling campaigns.
- Familiarity with LTV, retention, and monetisation metrics in free-to-play games.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
